Either party may terminate the player's ac999 account at any time. A player wishing to close their account may do so by contacting ac999 support and requesting account closure. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following standard KYC verification, provided no prohibited conduct investigation is pending.
